Test results

SMP-SMA Semesta BBS entrance results are sent to parents by email / WhatsApp no later than 7 days after the parent interview.

Re-registration

Applicants who pass the SMP-SMA Semesta BBS entrance selection must then complete re-registration by paying the set amount.

Re-registration is paid into the school's official account, which the Semesta School Treasurer will share with you. Please make sure payment follows the official information given by the school.

After paying, the applicant/parent/guardian must formally confirm with the Semesta admissions/finance office via:

  • Signed agreement to the fee schedule for 3 (three) years
  • Colour passport photo, 3×4 (4 copies)
  • Copy (or scan) of school reports — grades 4–6 (for junior high) or grades 7–9 (for senior high)
  • Copy (or scan) of the student's birth certificate
  • Copy (or scan) of the parents' family card (Kartu Keluarga)
  • Copy (or scan) of a good-conduct letter from the previous school
  • Signed consent forms: school rules agreement, health history, media release form, immunisation consent, and Chromebook use
