There is an adult who knows every student.
All guidance is overseen by the Head of Guidance and mostly carried out by homeroom teachers, supported by the College Counselor.
- Counselling Services Academic, social, emotional, and behavioural support — including crisis intervention and SEL programmes.
- Career Counselling Helping students choose academic and career paths based on their interests and abilities.
- Homeroom System Each student's main point of contact: one-to-one meetings, discussion forums, and guidance hours.
- Homeroom Activities Home visits, family gatherings, and Eid al-Adha as bridges between school and parents.
- Career Planning Orientation, information, placement, and individual counselling services for grades 7–12.
